    It’s all good. Tho I doubt it’s really 90kg, it’s too easy to work out with. Hmm, have to test it. I guess it can’t replace the bench press fully.

    That's the best thing I 've ever used to practice at home. The feeling is like a real press, a lot of exercises on various muscle groups. It is very interesting to think about the variations of exercises, training becomes more interesting than simple traction of iron. Of course, you do not pump up huge muscles at home, but keep yourself in normal shape and increase endurance, I think, much more important.
